I‘m connected to RGKit Play’s WiFi, but I still get a connection error on the app.

Try one or all of the following options in this order until the problem is solved:

  • In some phones the data connection (4G, 5G) overlaps with the WiFi. So if this happens make sure the data connection is off.
  • Turn the WiFi option on your phone/desktop off, and then on again.
  • Turn the modules off, and then on again.
